一天死去一点

慢慢的安静下来,只剩下自己的呼吸。天气变了,外面风声呼啸。

了无睡意!当生活简单到只是吃饭,睡觉,在电脑面前不知该做什么,我想,这样还不如睡觉来的实惠,或者说性价比更高。反省下现阶段的自己:

国庆的时候开始和他们策划着创业,到现在。

似乎过了国庆,我再也没有好好的看一本书。

比如前几天刚还掉的tomcat,hibernate,还有struts,都是孙卫琴老师的。

有那么一段时间,是在没有时间概念的忙和这创业策划书的问题。

写策划书,上网找资料,学习空缺的知识,感觉很空。

实际的应用的知识,比如hibernate,在比如sturts,我似乎没有了一点点的概念。

自己犯的最大的错误是一直忽略编码的工作,而凭空的谈设计,谈思想。

和技术总监交流,说道我的一个想法的时候,他说:设计的也要有点基础常识呀。

偶faint。吐血数升。个人认为对于程序员来说没有实现不了的东西。:)可能是我比较高估他们的缘故。

在互联网上,那些牛人,真正技术很nb的有多少呢?最近在一些nb人士的blog逛。比如keso,比如王健硕,在比如6E,好像总有人跟风的样子,很多人评论喜欢看他们的预测,哈哈。

记得小时候看股评,妈妈说,搞这些的其实和农村的神棍类似,但是还是有人很迷信。退一步来说,如果他们真的通神,还何必活在人世受苦。

我相信人都是自私的,没有人愿意一直的无偿的付出。

如果他们都很自信自己的预测的话,早开始像自己预测的方向发展了,谁有功夫告诉你?他们算来算去,也就是互联网的神棍罢了。这些就是所谓的群众的集体无知。

看了很多web2.0的东西,概念还是很模糊,但是有一点还是很重要的。也就是说:对于一个团队,一定要有一个技术相当过硬的人才。王健硕开发的那个小伙很棒,最起码在他的那个方向很棒。

就像他们知道今天的彩票开多少,他们会在blog上写出来吗?懒得搭理你!

下一步该做什么了?在25号之前做完详细的设计?然后重新的好好的看struts?

未来很渺茫呀,好像最近懒得说话了,不知道是什么原因,默默的有点不高兴。

发发牢骚,还有个小技巧

本来脸上一个豆豆都没有。

看同学买洗面奶,跟着买了一盒碧柔的。

洗了第一天晚上了开始,额头上长出来了快到100个豆豆了。

不爽。

后来同学买了盒螨婷,试用第一次,结果出来了更多。

我靠,以后一直用肥皂就好了,用得越贵出来得越多。

小技巧:

打开记事本。

首行上写上.LOG,然后关闭。

嘿嘿,以后每一次出来就会自动的记上上次修改的时间,修改文档的时候很使用的哦。

从客户说起

分析一个市场,应该从客户说起。

客户,也就是我们的消费者。把消费者做为一个类来处理。

这个类所拥有的动作

1)购买我的产品

2)购买其他人的产品

3)不购买任何产品,保持沉默

这个类的属性

1)购买倾向

在这个类里面,我们理所当然的封装了另外的一些信息。

他们为何购买我们的产品,他们如何购买我们的产品。前者是客户的思想,是根据他的属性来定,购买倾向来决定购买原因。后者时我们商家所必须弄明白的东西,也要让客户明白,他们如何购买我们的东西,封装在公司的程中。

既然有了客户,也有了客户的需求,客户的倾向,还有客户的动作。我们要给这些客户一个可以被划分的市场。比如早上买菜的,有人要吃素的,有人要吃荤的,还有人要吃海鲜。这些就是客户的需求的差别,对于客户来说,他不用知道商家时卖菜的,他只要知道他具体时买蔬菜的,还是卖猪肉的就行了。

有了这样的一个市场,当然,就有了细分的市场,卖猪肉的专门卖猪肉,卖蔬菜的专门卖蔬菜,卖海鲜的专门卖海鲜。大家互不干扰,构成一个共同的大的市场。

这点是按照客户的需求来分这个市场。

那么什么是按照用途来细分的市场呢?

举例说明,在一条街里面,有卖衣服的,有卖建材的,有卖鞋的。

这就是按照用途来划分的市场,

下面按照心理来分市场:

汽车都是四个轮子的,能走路的东西,普通百姓买个桑塔纳就能满足普通的需要了,但是为什么奔驰和老四来四还有市场呢?对了,因为他们象征着身份的尊贵,这就是按照心理来划分的市场,做高端的做高端,做低端的做低断,到了圆桌会议,大家平起平坐。没有什么高端低断之分。做好了一个市场,就没有人看不起你。反之,你做了很多市场,一个也没做好,那样肯定会让人笑话。

按照收益来分:

和心理分析差不多,比如nike,比如adidas,都是几块布,几张匹,凭什么卖的比别人好,比别人贵。品牌的差别让收益差了太多,大家各做各的市场,adidas肯定不会威胁到自己手工做衣服的,我敢保证。

按照人口来分:

中国自古以来就是各个其他的国家的眼中的肥肉,现在还是不例外,加入了wto,只是让他们啃起来跟方别点。做汽车的,做网络的,做支付的,就在加入wto没多久一下子蜂拥而至,为何?一个人口总多的国家是一个很有前途的市场。为何他们不去澳洲做市场?这就是差别。
